Scott Ross is a 25-year veteran of the construction and wireless communication business.  Scott spent his early years working as an electrician while completing an apprenticeship program while attending technical courses at the Los Angeles Trade Technical Institute.  Upon graduation, Scott applied and received his C-10, California Electrical Contractor License.  Scott spent the next 15 years working on electrical projects for some of the largest communication Carriers in the country, including AT&T, Cingular Wireless, Bell South, US West, and Pac Bell.

In 2002, Scott became the director of operations for Rapid Broadband Technologies.  RBT was one of the leading Cell Site Construction Companies in the Country.  Scott ran construction of raw land telecommunications sites, competing over 500 sites throughout the country.

In 2009, Scott took his talents to Ericsson where he became the director of new build construction for the AT&T Turf Project in Northern California.  He oversaw construction of 200 new Cellular sites, including difficult to manage sites in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada, as well as challenging sites in the City of San Francisco and surrounding suburbs.

Scott then served as a project management director for Communication Services, Inc.  His job used his experience to manage large, difficult projects from the construction end.  He managed sub contractors, project inspections, safety, and quality from the field.  He brought expertise to CSI in the fields of new site construction, existing site modifications, site decommissioning, and site upgrades.  He also brought vast experience in the field of microwave and antenna installation and alignment.

Scott currently is a licensed General Contractor in the State of CA, he is a certified Com Train Climbing instructor, and he holds several different certifications from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for both Federal and State agencies (CAL OSHA).
